Laptop being that cheap in US i know anyone who travels in business visa when they come back they are buying a brand new laptop either for him/her or to friends, they spend almost hard earned money and may be they can spend some more to make sure that when they loose the laptop they can easily track the laptop.Micro Technologies India Ltd has announced that the Company launches a new software product – Micro LNTS (Lost Notebook Tracking System). The product can locate stolen laptops leveraging the World Wide Web.

What it really does is if the laptop is lost and if someone tries to connect the internet if its lost then it will make sure it inform the original owner where the laptop is , that can be easily monitored from the website of microlnts . Don’t ask me what will happen if the stealer formats the laptop then everything is lost , may be the laptop company itself should start embedding this software into the RAM so it cant be formatted.

Nikon P80 – Nikon CoolPix release superzoom camera

Nikon announces today the COOLPIX P80, a new addition to its successful COOLPIX P series range.The new 10 mega pixel camera features a wide-range 18x NIKKOR zoom lens with extended telephoto capability, and incorporates image stabilisation for clear, blur-free results.

The COOLPIX P80 is the ideal camera for the photo enthusiast who wants to have the convenience of a point-and-shoot camera with full manual control, and all possible options in-between. With 15 scene modes that are pre-configured for situations such as night time, fireworks, seaside, panoramas and sports photography, the camera can be preset to give the best results in many common settings. The capability for recording movies allows realistic action to be captured at a frame rate of 30 fps as well as time-lapse sequences which expose the mystery of scenes that evolve slowly over hours or even days. The camera comes with an internal memory of 52MB and will accept SDHC memory media, allowing high-speed storage of thousands of photos on a single card.

The P80 will be available at all Nikon retailers as of 25th April 2008.Its expected to be sold for 399 dollars in US.

Nokia Tube – iPhone killer from Nokia

Nokia spokesman Kasey Farrar refused to discuss Tube, but said a device, due in the second half of the year, will be the first phone with a touch-based interface on the most recent Symbian operating system, called the S60. Nokia has already made touch-based wireless devices running on Linux.So this is what they have to say about Nokia Tube which is considered to be the next iPhone killer in the Web and mobile world.


Samsung 2ON introduced in India

LG KF600 in India

The LG KF600 multimedia capabilities include a 3 megapixel camera, MP3 player, video recording and FM radio. The handset offers Bluetooth 2.0 and a microSD card slot.The tri-band slider, with EDGE support but no HSDPA, features a 262K-color 2″ QVGA display, the InteractPad is 1.5″ 262K-color with a resolution of 240 x 176 pixels. The LG KF600 will be available in pastel pink, shiny pink, wine red and titan.

Sprint which did not know what to do for the loosing customer base , has decided to come out with new Phone which they are calling as the closest one to Apple iPhone, First it was verizon which introduced Lg Voyager and now its Sprint .Sprint kicked off a $100 million marketing campaign in mid-March to promote new wares and service plans.
